2. Orientation

Watch the orientation videos and complete your orientation phone call.

3. 10 Step Training

Watch the “10 Step Training” by Bob Snyder.

4. Make a List

Make a list of 50 people you know and invite at least 10 of them (2 per week or so) to Renatus events.

5. Team Calls

Get on at least 3 morning calls a week and attend 1-2 Renatus events per week.

Week 2

1. Track Miles

Take a picture of your odometer and begin tracking your business miles through MilesIQ, Taxbot, or some other app.

2. Watch Classes

Continue watching your classes for an 2 hours a day and complete assessments.

3. Invite Leads

Invite a minimum of 2 more warm market leads, find a source for cold market, invite a minimum of 2 people from your cold market and set follow-up appointments with current leads.

4. Calls and Events

Continue to get on the morning calls and come to 1-2 Renatus events.

Week 3

1. Coaching Call

Schedule and complete one complimentary coaching call with Gavin McCaleb (www.renatuscoaching.com) and complete the assignments he gives you.

1. Acquire Credit

Apply for a home equity line of credit, 0% credit cards, or credit repair for future credit lines.

3. Invite Leads

Invite a minimum of 2 more warm market leads, find a source for cold market, invite a minimum of 2 people from cold market and set follow-up appointments with current leads.

Week 5

1. Progress Report

Complete your monthly progress report phone call with your 5-star mentor.

2. Start AIT Track

Choose an AIT track that excites you and watch the classes from this track for 1 hour a day.

3. Invite Leads

Invite a minimum of 2 more warm market leads, find a source for cold market, invite a minimum of 2 people from cold market and set follow-up appointments with current leads.

4. Team Calls / Events

Continue to get on the morning calls and come to 1-2 Renatus events.

Week 6

1. Lead Generation

Add a new lead generation source for marketing (e.g, connecting on Linkedin, Roadside signs, networking events).

2. Watch Classes

Continue watching your classes for 2 hours a day and complete assessments.

3. Invite Leads

Invite a minimum of 2 more warm market leads, find a source for cold market, invite a minimum of 2 people from cold market and set follow-up appointments with current leads.

4. Team Calls / Events

Week 7

1. Pay Children / Plan Trip

If you have children, set up a plan for them to work the business and begin paying them. Or plan a business trip to get a tax write-off while enjoying yourself (e.g., Leadership Retreat in August or Hawaii Regional in November).

Continue watching your classes for 2 hours a day and complete assessments.

Week 9

1. Sweep Strategy

Begin to fully utilize the velocity banking strategy by paying off a chunk of your mortgage (if you have a heloc) or amortized debt like a car loan/student loan and deposit all your income in your heloc or credit line that you set up in month 1 and leave all your surplus each month in the line. Follow your velocity banking strategy plan this month and hereon with discipline.

Maintain the Momentum

Continue on with this same pattern until you have completed all your classes, done several deals, accelerated your mortgage, and saved bundles of money on your taxes!
